1. What is the kids dashboard App?
Kids dashboard is a free Android Application the main purpose of it, to protect kids from digital addiction and improve their well-being /online safety. Parents can set policies for their children devices from application settings (Parental Mode) or by logging to cloud. Main policies are allowed application, secure web URL, device usage scheduling, wallpaper and other UI settings. All these policies can be set remotely from cloud or in app.
2. How do I download Kids dashboard app?
You can download it from Play Store : Click here.
3. How I can get access to Parents Mode from Kids Mode?
Install App from play store, register as new user or login (use google login or with user name & password) from app starting screen.
4. How I can use kids dashboard app?
Install kids’ dashboard from play store, accept all permissions. Login/ register your login from the app. On the first start you will be directed to parental mode. You can select the application for the dashboard from the Application button. Apply all other settings and then press dashboard button from the top row.
5. How I can change the pin number?
Click the setting button on the bottom right of the dashboard then enter the password. You will be directed to parental mode settings.
6. How I can set schedule Time for every day or every week?
From app: go to Parental Mode, click Schedule. Or, from Cloud : Login to cloud https://cloud.kidsdashboard.com/ go to Schedule tab
7. How kids dashboard app is helpful to the kids?

8. Is Kids Dashboard app available for iPad or iPhone?
It is under development, soon will come to Apple app store.
9. How I can manage screen time?
You can set the screen time from Application settings. Or, you can Login to https://cloud.kidsdashboard.com/, from the schedule tab you can access all schedule related settings.
10. If I forget my set up pin, how can I get back to my normal phone screen?
You can Login to https://cloud.kidsdashboard.com/ and change password. Or you can contact customer support service@kidsdashboard.com
11. Does kids dashboard app only support android?
iOS version is under development, soon will come to Apple app store.
12. Can I block installed app on my child’s device?
By enabling dashboard and only select allowed apps. On Samsung devices you Enable /Disable app from App selection menu.
13. Can you block access to website?
You can block website from parental mode settings or by Login to https://cloud.kidsdashboard.com/
14. Can you schedule usage for 5 hours per day?
You can schedule device usage from parental mode settings or by Login to https://cloud.kidsdashboard.com/

16. Can I get the exact location of my child? And how?
Yes. When you install app give location access permission, then Login to https://cloud.kidsdashboard.com/ and go to location tab.
17. Can I see if my child has arrived at school / home safely?
Login to https://cloud.kidsdashboard.com/ and go to location tab, you can add zones to mark safe areas for kids. You will be notified if kids goes out of zone.
18. If my child lost the phone, can I delete data remotely?
You can lock the phone by login to the cloud. Or contact service@kidsdashboard.com
19. Does a parent’s device get block?
It is not possible.
20. Does kids dashboard app have to be install on parent’s and kids' device?
Parents can manage from the device or from cloud.
21. What are the safety features?
Pin protected access to dashboard. Application Management. Scheduling device usage. Secure browser shortcuts. App disabling
22. Exit and Parent mode Icons are invisible
Tap on screen 5 times to enter exit password. Then Launch the app parent mode>settings>shortcut, ENABLE
23. Do you develop OEM specific apps?

27. How to uninstall the app?
You can go to Parental Mode by entering Pin and click uninstall app.
Or you can go to android Settings Go to “SETTINGS->Location and Security-> Device Administrator” and deselect Kids Dashboard after that you can uninstall app as normal.
